Supporters can cast their votes now for October’s Turkish Airlines Player of the Month, with six A-League Men’s players to choose from.
The Boys in Blue played five matches in a busy month, competing in the Hahn Australia Cup Final, continuing their AFC Champions League Two effort and beginning the 2026/27 A-League Men season.
The contenders
Denis Genreau
The Australian midfielder, starting his second season at the Club, remains a driving force in the midfield, connecting defence and offence to get Victory moving in the right direction.
Genreau featured in all five matches for Giovanni Savarese’s team, scoring in the Australia Cup Final, and his 9.0-rated performance against FC Seoul, featuring two assists in the 3-0 win, was a standout.
Keegan Jelacic
The attacking-midfielder has carried his fine form during the Hahn Australia Cup into the regular season, establishing himself as a powerful weapon in the final third.
Jelacic’s goal against Melbourne City, crashed in high at the near post with both conviction and composure, deserved to be a matchwinner during a 7.8-rated display in the Melbourne Derby.
Guillermo May
The Uruguayan playmaker, Victory’s final off-season recruit, has quickly settled into navy blue as the reigning A-League Men champion sharpens up for another championship tilt.
May, in just three appearances, has shown plenty to excite supporters and opened his goal account to get the team up and running when FC Seoul visited Victoria, ending that match with an impressive 8.6 FotMob rating.
Jordi Valadon
The 2025 Victory Medal winner continues to be a regular pick in the heartland of action, anchoring the midfield with metronomic reliability to support the runners upfield.
Valadon played a part in every match last month and scored his second senior goal during the AFC Champions League Two success over FC Seoul, where he recorded an 8.4 FotMob rating.
Voting closes Thursday 11:59pm, November 12 2026.
