Alana Jančevski
66 Defender
A Melbourne native who grew up a passionate Victory supporter, Alana Jančevski is a versatile left-sided footballer.
Making her senior debut in Victory’s 2019 AFC Women’s Club Championship campaign, Jančevski made the move to Perth Glory and later Adelaide United in search of gametime at A-League Women’s level.
Accruing experience at the professional and NPL level, notably lifting the NPLW Victoria Championship in 2024 with Heidelberg United, Jančevski returned to Victory ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Naturally a forward, Jančevski stepped in to left-back to replace the retired Beattie Goad, impressing in a deeper role.
Recording an impressive five goals and three assists, including her remarkable free-kick against Sydney FC that won the league’s Goal of the Year, Jančevski topped off her incredible season with ASEAN Women’s Championship glory.
Extending her stay for the 2025/26 season, the 23-year-old has once again played an important role across the left flank for the Girls in Blue.
