Melbourne Victory is pleased to confirm that renowned attacker, Rhianna Pollicina has signed with the Club for the upcoming A-League season.
Pollicina has over 100 A-League matches to her name, having been a major contributor to two A-League Women’s Premierships with 45 goals and 17 assists across her career.
Having over a decade of experience in the Ninja A-League, her performances to date have earned her selection in the 2023/24 A-League All-Stars squad as well as selection in the PFA Team of the Season on three occasions.
Bringing creativity and a proven record to Victory’s attacking structure, Pollicina provides football intelligence and a keen goal sense, qualities that A-League Women’s Head Coach Jeff Hopkins said were essential to the Club ahead of the upcoming season.
“I’m incredibly pleased to have Rhianna joining us for the 2025/26 Ninja A-League season,” Hopkins said.
“She is a player that has repeatedly demonstrated the high standard of football she can bring to the league and can really present a challenge to her opponents in make or break matches.
“With her experiences coupled with Rhianna’s exciting ability to score goals, I have no doubt that she will find great success with us at Victory and will be a great contributor to our overall goal of going one better this season in chasing silverware. ”
After four years playing for the opposition, Pollicina said she was looking forward to the challenge of the upcoming season and the opportunity to continue her playing career with Melbourne Victory.

Pollicina joins new recruits Payton Woodward, Chloe McKenzie, Fiorina Iaria, Chelsea Blissett, Sienna Saveska, Kennedy White and Taylor Ray for the upcoming A-League season, together with the re-signings of Holly Furphy, Alana Jančeski, Sofia Sakalis, Courtney Newbon, Nicki Flannery, Rachel Lowe, Laura Pickett, Ella O’Grady, Jessica Young and Sienna Techera.
